About the role
Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Manager. Are you precise, solution-oriented, and know how to run a warehouse efficiently? Do you have experience with logistics, inventory management, and process improvement? If so, the role of Warehouse Manager at Zeliox in Geldrop is for you! You will play a crucial role in the growth of our organization.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all warehouse activities. You will maintain an overview, ensure everything runs smoothly, and are not afraid to implement improvements. You will also be the first point of contact for your department and work closely with colleagues from planning, sales, and administration, among others.
What else falls under your responsibilities?
- Coordinating incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) orders
- Collecting, picking, packing, and shipping orders
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments
- Processing orders and inventory movements in the ERP system
- Identifying and implementing improvements in warehouse processes
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the warehouse department
- Maintaining contact and coordination with transport companies and other internal departments

Zeliox is a fast-growing company that develops and supplies an innovative product. The Zeliox is the first mobile, lightweight power supply for commercial vehicles. This product was developed and produced in the Netherlands by a team of electronics specialists. Your strengths?
- You are eager to learn, motivated, and willing to develop further within our company
- You have experience working with an ERP system and are comfortable in a digital logistics environment
- You are solution-oriented, precise, and have an eye for detail
- You work in a structured, proactive, and practical manner
- You have experience with warehouse activities or are motivated to grow and take on more responsibility in this area
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken (a must)
- You have strong communication skills and know how to convey your message clearly
